Digerati Assist, Digerati's software support service, delivers the support needed by our clients to keep their businesses productive. Digerati has developed a reputation for timely, accurate technical support across all its product range.
Digerati Assist can be contacted via any of the following methods:
Digerati Assist phone personnel are available between the official support hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (although we are often available outside those hours). If you ring outside of support hours, you can leave a message on the answering service and we will call back first thing next working day. International customers can access the answering service by calling +61 2 9899 2000. Customers can browse the Digerati Assist web pages to download TariffTech and OUTBOUND updates, or search and view technical bulletins, providing you with instant technical support any time of the day or night! |
